1 pumpkin
some onions
some green hot peppers (Habanero!)
1.75 l water
0.5 l vinegar (8%)
100 g salt
150 g sugar
herbs
Mix water, vinegar, salt, sugar and herbs and bring to boil. Fill jars with chopped vegetables, add boiling liquid, close lids. Store in a cool place and wait for at least two weeks.
